Psalm 34:1 “I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Will you join me in the Psalm 34 challenge?
My daughter, Marian Kodur, has chosen to join Krista and me on our 81-mile round trip drive for my daily radiation treatments. She provides great support and on my first day, she challenged us to use the daily trip to memorize Psalm 34 – one verse per day – because she felt the verses were so appropriate for what I am going through. We agreed and I want to challenge you to join us on this month-long journey. It’s a simple task. Memorize one verse today. Add verse 2 the next day and say both verses together. Add verse 3 the next day and say all 3 verses together until we finish the Psalm by the end of the month. We hope you’ll join us.
Here’s Psalm 34:1 “I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Consider this: For me, this is an appropriate way to start each day. If I fill my heart with thoughts of His goodness, mercy, and love I will have plenty of fuel for praise. And out of the abundance of my heart, my mouth will speak His praise!
